Patch 1.238

1. Expert gaining rate on missions has been doubled than the current rate.

2. /c, /clear command has been added. This command clears out the chat logs on the
player's screen.

3. F8 key function has been altered.
The F8 key function will now leave the mini map and the speed gauge and TDA
on/off panel on the screen instead of cleaning the screen 100%

4. All Premium ship engines and Event ship engines will not be able to be used on
other ships.(the current Premium ship engines and Event ship engines will be sold
automatically for the patch process)
