Infact I liked the Sp38 however my crew just wasn't good enough for the guns at
the time my accuracy was awful so I went back to the Z1 to save me money since I
was doing just barly more damage a round with Sp38 than I was doing with the Z1
at the time. When I was able to get the Z99 I went for it since it was cheaper than
buying another Sp38.

The funny thing about the Z99 is that it only has 33% more firepower then the
Spaehkreuzer, and less weight for crew. Yes, it's fast, but a high level player in a
Spaehkreuzer could extremely well before the Z99 showed up. But since people
thought it sucked no one ever used it; now the Z99 has upstaged it, I suppose, but
the Spaeh with 6.75" Ds was still probably the most badass DD out there with a
decent crew.

Was the Kriegsmarine known for it's accuracy or lack of accuracy? I don't know right now cuz I
only have a Z1. Should I conitnue on the German path?

If you know how bad I am with torpedos you would say otherwise, I said lucky and
catch one or two ships. I'm unlucky with torps, when I first got my Z99 I did not even
put torps on it because how awful I am with them, but now I have torps on my Z99
just because really its nice to have something extra when you have a mass of ships
coming after you.

I like z1 with single 5.9 better...but the dual 4.1 actually have good range for such
small guns...

Well the main reason was with Z1 I stuck with the 4.1" guns and while my arms
leveled they got better compared to the guns and the accuracy for my 4.1" improved
everytime I leveled which = Z1 pwnding. Plus firing a 6 torpedo wall also helped
catch one or maybe two ships off guard. I'm doing pretty good with my Z99 as well,
i'm starting to doubt going for 6.75" guns since now my accuracy for the 5.9"
increase every level, why get bigger and better guns knowing at range they will be
less effective?

Nope, German Acc not nerfed, but mikako, that is pretty good if you were low lvl
when you used the z1.

z99's are truly the best pound for pound DD in this game. Amusing tough when i see
games which are titled "DD wars... no Z99's". It's practically hilarious.

Never said the nerf was true. Just stated what someone told me a few days ago.
