1. Policy for Subscription will be changed.
- Premium Subscription : price will be reduced to 9.99$ from 11.99$
40% more Exp + 1000 Exp
50% increase in the Veteran conversion rate
2 times more Expert gaining during battle
- Gold Subscription will be removed from the N.F. Store. However players who still
have Gold Subscription will be able to use it until it expires.

2. Medics will not be able to be placed on the Bridge Operator slot on Premium Ships.

3. Ship class limit on Night Battle will be removed(execpt submarine class) and max
enter limit on each class will be set same as Great Battle.
