How much extra room does the CV engines take up?? Do you have room for
anything else??

46 overdrive, try the CV engines.

Personal opinion, but the first set of Dual 6 are the best.
Sirius is REALLY good to pratice AA with as well. The dual 5.25 guns can use AA and are
some of the best AA guns for Brits (better than pompom's IMHO)

My max speed is 42 knots on my Sirius, fully maxed out.

You're slow compared to DD's, but other CL's have comparable speed give or take a
few knots.

Did you just get your first CL? I thoroughly disliked the Dido when I first got it, but
after level 32 or so I really started to like it. My Sirius at lvl. 38 really kicks butt: it
has a great combination of guns, armor and speed. It shreds Z-99's and DDX' like
they're made of cardboard and dozens of M-Pro's did not survive the triple front
turrets (brooks are usually a bit too much though...) And I love the long range torps.

So hang in there, get good L guns and learn to use your range.

I think mine is 31-32/41-42, I can't remember, so yours sounds normal. I have an
engineer in the mid-30's. It may give an extra knot or two, but the biggest
difference is in the amount of time I can overspeed. There's a huge difference there
which really helps when I've trying to chase somebody or avoid torps.

Wow, one lousy knot of extra overspeed at 57!?! Glad I didnt make any of my guys
go engineer.

Just wanted to give another for 31/41, full Sirrus

31/41 is perfectly normal for a fully loaded Dido/Sirius. And don't worry about being
slower than the DD that you left. You now have a few advantages... more firepower, more
range, more armor.

One thing to remember, and I do occassionally forget this myself, is don't bother chasing
opponents when there are other targets out there. The result is that you will find
yourself well out of position, usually beaten down a fair bit, all to sink a freaking Z99
or DDX.
