cptddb	I believe it would be a capitol idea to be able to Change one's Nationality in the midddle of the whole thing..ie To be able to Change your Bridge ops Nationalty and get different ships...It would be cool...

THveteran	wouldn't really be able to be done, because diff. natiosn give different +'s for potentials like US does AAW, everyone would just raise German gunners tell lvl70, then convert to w/e else, because German's get highest +'s for guns.
