When I made it to the at level kongo stage I felt like quitting... stick through it as Fuso
and eventually Nagato are wonderful. As you lvl up, come back and play Kongo for kicks,
it's wonderful.

As for the guns, I found that once you are lvl 65+ the 12.2s become managable, but
once you get to lvl 72 (+12 bve) your spread on the 14Ns is wonderful. It may have just
been me, but as soon as I loaded on the 14Ns they were a tad wild and once past 70
were wonderful.

Upon getting the Kongo I immediately followed you advice and went for the lvl 67, 14"
guns. They are simply unmanageable even with lvl 69 gunners. On the other hand, the 12.2"
L give you a semi-controlled spread though.

I guess that with lvl 80+ gunners the 14" must start making sense, but at level they are
ungodly.

Just a note that might be added to the Kongo section.
