We have found that there was a change in the Exp system after the patch. This was
a part of the patch to fix the Exp system for the Hedgehogs and about Exp recieved
when the player has done 0 attack.
Before the patch, ships that has done 0 attack has recieved 100% Exp for the other
sailors, but 0 Exp for the gunners or torpdeomen. We have decided to change this
to a system where all sailors recieve 30% of the Exp when 0 attack has been done.
By this, it would help the issue where Exp and level gap happens between the
Gunners and Bridge Operators, and it would also give penalty to leeching players
and Bot program users.

Now this can explain why now ships with no attacks are recieving so low Exp than
before, but CVs? To explain this we'll have to explain about the attack recording
system in NavyField. The dive bomb attack counts as a gun attack, and the torpedo
bomb attack counts as a torpedo attack. But for the fighter's attack? It doesn't count
in any of the categories of gun or torpedo attack, which makes our system
recognizing that the CV is doing 0 attack when there is only Fighter attack. Since in
the past, fighters were not counted as gunners or torpedomen, they have recieved
100% exp no matter how much attack they have done.
But now since the Exp system has changed to a method where you recieve 30% of
the Exp when no attack point was earned, the CV players with only Fighters will
definitely meet this problem.

We are totally sorry about this issue to the CV players. It was a problem of
miscommunication where we didn't recieve this patch information from our
developers until now, which turned out to just to be a ninja patch to our players.
Now CV players should avoid only Fighter using tactics and use both Bombers and
Fighters at once inorder to recieve better Exp.
Since it was a total mistake from our side, where we didn't inform this message to
our players first, we'll open an Exp boost event for 2 days for a compensation.

Exp event date : 30th & 31st of May
Exp boost rate : 100% more Exp

P.S - AA ships earn full Exp.
