Knowing his stats would help and if you had any kind of support personnel. You
need to level them up as soon as you can, but if this particular sailor has higher
stats in engineering or restore, you'll need to keep leveling up a little to reach those
professions.

Do not wait until you have a cruiser. Leveling up good support crews starts early
and the Q class has plenty of room.

probobly not b/c u have a Q class which are hard to hit if u want to put in a reparirer
