Gah, can't get new ship in UK shipyard

pieisawesome	I have my bridge operator at level 12, and was able to get into the UK shipyard, but when I click "new" to create a new ship, a message comes up saying that the option is unavailable. I'm not sure what's going on, the O Class is level 12 and the option to build it should be there...

uglypugly	on the bottom right of you new UK BO, press the SHP button then the ship you wish to select. A nice thank you plz (we all need forum points dont we?)
