not an active thread,like always,a person grew older,it no longer become so
active,and then it dies,may this thread too rest in peace.

these last four lvls are taking forever....ihate this game.

I just got to the Iowa too. enjoying it.... One thing to mention: I got decent spread even with gunners at lvl on a iowa..but
when i put them on a sodak, the spread is not as good...

I Fix'd your Iowa

Mostly, I play Iowa defensively, waiting for the enemy to come and snipe it while AAing
any scouts. This is because playing Iowa offensively comes with a high risk. Of course,
with greater rewards too.

Having an at-level yammy crew, i can tell you they do pierce armor better because
they are bigger shells (below 40 you still need ap tho), but my spread is crappy. The
iowa's firepower works differently, but still=rape. The us 18s have even better
armor penetration, you dont need ap with them EVER, but they have far less
firepower per salvo and much longer reload.

Now, the montana on the other hand...if you land all your shells and get a couple
crits, you can one shot anything in the game, armored or not. I once hit a
superyammy for a 77k hit, needless to say killing it instantly.

Crunching the #'s, thats about 16% increase in damage per shell to go along with
33% more shells.

Would be nice if Iowa had better shell penetration. At lvl 3 turret L1 AW's means I
have to switch to AP even at max angle. I've played yammy and I was able to cut
through 2 turret L1 AW's (bronze medal) even at 40* with a tad nicer spread and
better AA, albeit slower reloading guns. I still love my Iowa tho :)

Well the monty can one shot unarmored BB6s (Before you ask I've done it) Which gives you
68k attack. So 44k is sorta low compared to monty Damage per shell lol.
