Yes I know it has the same symbol as the Heavy Torpedo (H.T) but the abbreviation is "Hpr"
not "Hvy".

Anyways @ OP:

If you don't have a Kita or don't plan on using the 24" Type93 M3 x5 Launcher in your Kita
then go with the Special Torpedo Man. It gives more bonus to your Sailor's Torp Stat so
it's better for those of you who are using your Torpedo Man just for a Submarine.

Different between M1 and M3 Torps for TWs is M3 does MORE DAMAGE than M1 but M1 has MORE
RANGE than M3s. Note once again this is pointless information for SS Drivers.

ya LOL i remember how hardcore they would say that subs would NEVER be implemented; for
years!. guess what im leveling for now? :P

The official word I got years ago was that so many people hate TW that torps are already
nerfed, no ability increases will be given or new torps provided for Kita.

But then again, we were told, over and over, that there would be no subs.
