New Level Requirement for Nelson?

Remenents	I have been in Iraq for a while now, decided to get on and chat with Fleetmates when I noticed the Nelson lvl was changed... was there ever a compensation for this? Since now my BO is on the Nelson path, but can not yet use it? Did we get a BO Line Switch or anything? If so, I would like to change my line, cause that really ticked me off when I noticed that.

ljsevern	No compensation because it was being rebalanced. Just grind a few extra levels, the level was changed to make the grind to BB4 less levels, as the Vanguard level has increased.
