Level ur engys more - if u want speed now get ur credit card out and just put 200+ vets on
each engy.

well before, SY was a bit harder to speedcap. I had 24/40 in my yammy (pre patch) and had
25/41 when i got the SY.

But i think it was mainly coming from the fact you speed cap 24/40 before 25/42 on any
ship, as if i pilled in enough bulge to get 24 as base speed, I was going 24/40 with SY.

You have 4 below level engineers, what exactly are you expecting?

Level them to 110 and you'll be fine.

Indeed, it changed after the patch.

Before the patch, my yammy went 38 OH, now it hits 40.......my SY is still at 40 >.>

Like everyone else said, ONF patch changed it a bit.

BB34AA patch -.- All BB4 hull's OH ratios were increased.

Technically you haven't speed capped either, but it's like what the others say.

Yammy used to be harder than Super Yam Yam.

If you look at the ONF patch notes Yammy was adjusted so that it was easier to speedcap.
There are more they did that with but the only other one I can remember is Bismark.
