sintri	If you meant if it's possible reaching the speed cap with 2 ngs, then yea it's possible, course you're gonna need quite a bit of vets. At any rate, fix your server if you're on mo.

aingeal	err what i understand is: What is the speed on an IJN SS3 with 2 engineer in the support slot...and the answer is... NO IDEA It depend on your engineers level base vets and xpert.
