Every nation gets their t2 fighter plane at level 60 along with a promotion to ace fighter pilot...I say they need to rework it so that, similar to the way fighter pilots can no longer use scouts, ace fighter pilots can no longer use locals. I can understand a cv1 or even 2 using locals, their FP are too low level to compete in normal planes against anyone with even half a brain about using FP, but once youre in a fleet carrier (cv3+), your job, like your ship, grows...you no longer need to worry about just keeping that one bb5 safe, you need to worry about keeping an entire flank safe, both from bombers and more importantly you need to protect scouts from enemy FP, and locals are incapable of doing that even if you dont let them land.
There are still a good number of us around that know how to use a bb, and if we are in a bb5, without a bb6 in the room, then those players will win you the game if they can see. With locals, you're gauranteed to be mostly or totally blind all game, which translates into a virtually gauranteed loss b/c autosplit counted you as a fleet cv and balanced you against other fleet cvs that may actually be doing their job.
Somebody made a list once of all the jobs a cv needs to be able to do simultaniously, all game long, and "bombing" in any form didnt show up until 6th priority in the list (and it was made by a cv driver). Use normal FP, dont be a useless noob.
