IJN CV Crew of my choice:

4 Fighters Pilots
4 Dive Bomber or Torpedo Bomber Pilots (I prefer the DB's,but thats just me)
1 Repairer,1 Restorer.

Some ppl may use Fighter Whore setup,some prefer medic/seaman,its your choice.
