block shot info needed for RLD gunner

element8one	im looking for block shot info but all im seeing is "1800+ true ability" info to block. my problem is i cant find that info on my crew.. only % on ability :( pls help or tell me on what % will my RLD gunner can block shot..

lefrog	you need 1800 ability displayed in the ACC stats max sailors 100 vets as many experts you can have with about 10-20 rookies this is for the triple 8s L

element8one	yeah already saw that one.. im so confused with "Since SDE recently introduced that ability percentage of every sailor is shown you can also calculate the true ability by (skill percentage * displayed ability * max crew)" what is the displayed ability?? isnt it the % for recruit/rookie/vet/
