I'm halfway through my grind to PoW, and I tried all setups, x3 15", x2 quad+x1dual,
x1 quad x1dual(The two front R slots, My personal favourite also.) I found that, that
was my most useable setup for my playstyle, I'm not a jajajaja reporta rusher, but I
stick with the bigger BBs, and farm what ever DD-BB's come into range, and if you so
choose, you can look around for scouts to see if their blind or not, and through in 1-
3 salvos while dodging and get a decent attack if you can aim. I've scored multiple
70-100+K games with this setup.

My ship setup was:
1 14" Quad N (Front R slot)
1 14" Dual N (Closest to the Bridge)
.3" of Belt
XX amount of bulge to keep me going 27-28 knts cruising, and w/e speed OH
Full Crew At-level to 77.

ok, thanks a lot, you all are helping me a lot... it is a bit hard playing with KGV... but with
good advices i will play better and will to play with KGV....

Well, on mine. I always support the largest BBs on my team, whatever they are *Mostly the
BB5s*. Giving in Fire Support and information support as well. Mind you, this will put you
in a really defensive role with the 4x2x4 setup with its short range and I think almost
the same role with the Mark III Ns albeit with far more range.

In this role, I managed to sink a SoDak and an Iowa as a rare chance and earlier today,
managing to sink a Nagato and seriously damaging an L2 that was uber busy with 3 or 4 of
our other bbs.

I'm not sure about what would the 10" Decking would bounce / reduce damage with but I know
that I also sunk a POW that was AW with pure AP shells. lol

One advice is don't rush lol, be a line backer.

Of course I'm not telling you that you should play like this, but do try it out if you want.
I'd also recommend awaiting more knowledgeable peeps to post before trying out what I
typed here. ^^

ok, thanks a lot, but i don't know what is my play style, i like to be in support of the
main bb and i don't like to rush in the begining of the game, and only in the end... i
don't put AA on it, but i use normally 4x 2x 4x, but i also like to use 3x 15' mark III...
what do you think, am i doing the correct choice?? and i like to SW, and i don't have
money to put 10 deck, and does 10 deck protectes me from which gun calibers??

Gun choices;
15" Mark III X 3
14" Quads+Duals Frontgunned
14" Quads+Duals+Quads

Playstyle choices;
Speedwhoring (0deck, 0.2belt)
Armorwhoring (Max deck, 0.2belt)

and one more question, what is the better way to play the KGV??? i can't play any thing
with it...

The Mark III Ns would be the one winning for range.

The Quad Dual Quad gun setup is not really recommended at first even though when I was
able to get it, I tried it and liked it BUT I am going to change back to the Mark IIIs
once I can see my
shells land.
