It is still obvious. Don't be fool by the ability rate alone, the lvl 120 is still better.
If you want to turn the lvl 112 to be better than the 120, then lvl him and get him
more
vets.


FYI

Aircraft ability doesn't do anything. The proof can be found from aldabert guide and
some people who tested them.
Fighter and bomber ability matter here only.
