I currently have my QE setup with a level 66 BO, 2 level 74 elite gunners, 5 level 66 +12
B semi V E'd engineers, a level 52 +12 scout, and 2 +12 B semi V E'd repairers. All
engineers are operating at 130% or greater ability. My question is, whats the speed cap
for the Queen Elizabeth?

I currently have her running at 23/39, and I've searched and searched and everyone says
that the speed cap is 37. That obviously can't be true if I can achieve past it with an at
level crew. Does anyone have the correct data on how fast this puppy can run? I'm guessing
42 knots give or take.

Any ideas would help. If I'm at the speed cap already, I'll wait to vet my engies
completely when I'm at POW. If not, its time to fork over some cash...
