You need to have pilots that are classed as Dive Bomber; this happens at LvL45. Once you
have Dive Bomber pilots, you may then place them on the support slots of the Oyodo (The
slots on the docks beside the ship). Then you can load planes onto the ship by using the
ship loadout window in the lower right hand corner of the screen. Make sure to load up
bombs for your planes as well.

an are u sure ur DB is classed in as a IJN DB at.... 45.. (i think) lol

do you have any experts or vets on said dive bomber pilots?

you need @ least 1 expert to launch 1 plane on pilots


other possible causes:
-Pilot must be in a support slot not in a T slot or R slot
-You didnt load planes
