since everyone recoomand use rld gunner for UK , however everyone still desire hit
the accuarcy cap sooner, so the best way is stay in the " Gunner" stage , do not
advanced to Reload Heavy Gunner at Level 42 , try not to level up for another 20
levels , so the acc ability can catchup the rld ability sooner.

why ? we can see the stats from the trainworld , when Lv 42 the Accuary is - 10
and Reload is +8 only ? while other nation is +3 for both acc and reload ? so I
recomand delay the level up, that way , UK rld gunner can gain acc sooner !!
