no need for boosts and you can go naturally to attain 100 vets and 100 experts. If
you intend to drive a sub you will later on want to turn down the recruits on rear
torpedoman so your crew can fit.
Type 93 launchers with model 01 torpedoes are what the kita drivers ...... I prefer
the 4 tube launchers as you can carry 12 torps in each and every launcher where as
the 5 tube you cant carry 15 torps on all the launchers.
Set your firing mode to gradual and timely launch your torps so as th form a wall.
Keep watch of the blue and red dots on your HUD too so you dont send torps at
your mates.

Seriously though, DON'T waste a boost on a torpedo Sailor ( unless you are trying to take
advantage of rep/res stats etc). They will cap.... I have about 10 IJN torp sailors, none
have needed boosts, and all have gained experts at a reasonable rate so it's likely the
last sailor you would want to apply any kind of item to.

All has been said - if it has a decent base, a considerable amount of experts and vets AND
hit one of the special ranks, it should be pretty good. Although your level is the
treshold between normal rld time and fast rld time, I think. If you can spare a few bucks,
boost them and add at least a +100 experts pack on each sailor.

There are still the option to choose the hyper torpmen, but they are practically a
buzz word now. They don't give you anything better than the special->Kai's. In the
long run if you had the same base torpmen and one went hyper the other special-
>kai.

The special->Kai would have more total ability since on the special-> you get +7 and
the hypers only get +2 when classed. Therefore if both are a base 11 in torpedo
when they are both classed all the way down the hyper will have a growth rate of
+30 unboosted, the kais will have +35 unboosted, quite a difference.

For kitas i would use the level 64 torp lauchers if available and use the first torp on
the list of three torps on the list to choose from. Those torps are good for GBs.

they say using spcl torp man will give more torpedo growth rate than the hyper one O_O~...

It doesn't matter how big the launcher is. Most IJN torpedomen by Level 60-70 should be
able to fire off all their torps if they are not attacked within the first 3 minutes of
the game.

well 1 how big isthe poredo launcher and 2 look at the torpedo laucher relode time
some relode so long beacasue its launcer or topedo can do a lot of damage so do
that.

as someone said, at that level vet/xpert should matter lot less.

My guess if they are really slow, is they might have been power leveled, and maybe even
had a crappy torpedo base to begin with (some people think its the reload ability that
count, thus make completely worthless torpmen)

with BVE lvl 45 hvy torpedo, I reload a side of my kuma-kai just slightly after I finish
unloading the other side.
