imo MN bombers are the only things you should really fear as a BB5-6...they got uber
dmg... and imo all other nation's bombers should be beefed, a salvo does no less than a
BB's shot that fully hit, and it takes a ton of time to get them moving AND load the
planes (that if you got little pilots). so yeah. french is only good for bombers. If you
want a balanced CV nation, you should go with IJN.

Well the idea of a Fighter Whore French CV is pretty much dead seeing how crapping the
planes are

At the most, we will see lots of "balanced" French CVs

like my setup of 4 fighters, 2 TBs and 2 DBs

was about to post the same, I got more exp DBing with half attack than TB

The xp for bomberwhoring blows btw... ive done games with 80k attack and still only
got 10k xp...

I made x5TB x5DB
I've T2 TBs and I did some tests and I like the DBs over the TBs...

1-Because TBs' camouflage sucks.
2-Hard to dodge AA because the planes are so big.
3-Because the difference in dmg per torp is not like what I expected.

good things on TBs are
1-AAW resistance at T2 lvl b/v/e
2-The h4x ammount of fuel.
3-Torpedo speed

Im one of the bomberwhores youre afriad of xD Got 8 tb's but im only at dixmude right
now... the tb's are fine but still.. theres not that much difference between other
nations.. i mean if you are a half decent bomberwhore it wont matter if u use ijn or mn
cause u make sure u wont run out of fuel before dropping the bombs and the damage it
just relative.. cause at most u will have to send 1 less bomber? I dont see the issue

In Joffre I use a set up of 3 fighter pilots to keep a set of 3 FC up and 1 Tb pilot for
stand by and 2 Db pilots for 6 plane attack groups sent on single strikes and then
scouting until shot down or out of fuel. useing High alt. helps them see and survive
better. This allow better scouting than poor fighter fuel allows and lets FC cover high
point areas like flagship. Have had ship short time but seems to work very well with
a bit of an escort about to watch for subs.

QQ I cant really on MN cvs to scout for me all game because so many are going to choose
bomber whore setups QQ Get over it, learn to AA, and scout for yourself.

i mean suck in terms of fuel capacity, by the time u get it in the air n get it like half
way across the map itd prob havta go bak to get refueled....

Dampre why won't they suck? The fighter planes are crap if the data in the shipyard is
correct. Perhaps they have the best fighter pilots but without a good plane?
