CV's seem to get higher xp with higher level ships. I'm used to getting about 30-40k xp on
a good game in a PCV. I put them on a GZ2 and was having trouble making over 20k all day.

To get the ijn tb you must class the rookie pilot to torp bomber

Also you need a carrier class ship to use torp bombers

To see your angles there is a meter at the bottom left of the screen.

It is much more accurate.

Thanks for all the help guys, but the TB problem was more I'm still not able to buy them,
even though the information on train world says i should be able to use it. I have a level
33 pilot. Also is there anyway to see behind the plane control menu? its unnecessary for
me and i like seeing the angles my guns are at.

Killing 10+ enemy planes per round is another way to level fast and earn more credits. IJN
has some of the finest AA weapons in game.

Hitting friendly ships however reduces your xp by quite a lot.

And of course if you get a Premium subscription, you get a minimum of 1,000 xp (if you
live enough time) per game and that speeds lower level levelling a great deal.

You'll also need to win and hit larger targets to maximize your XP.

Getting to 60+ takes about 1-4 weeks. Depends on how many hours you put into the game.
Just do Great Battles as much as you can, but always remember to hit something before you
die. Don't worry about the XP, as you get into bigger ships, you'll get more XP per game.

As for IJN getting a TB at 33. It is what it is. However, the TB will be very easy to
kill. If you fly him anywhere near an enemy ship to try and launch torps, he will have a
95% chance of dying. He'll improve as he levels up and you give him more experts and vets.
