Yep its cool going as fast as the KM ss3 in a UK SS4???????? did i miss some thing?

KM still has proximity torps and us UK subs have the super torp that go's right throw the
target not making any damage cool you bet.

and now KM have the UK pompom but with shells come on now do you see a paton???
how many of you have seen a KM ss4 go strat for the CV's sit underneth them and pompom
them to death its funny as hell but not when its you.

2x torp slots............ 2 torp guys

Where do you guys put all that support? do you take off the sonarman or the planesman?

2 engies and a high level rep can be put on making this sub act like a Lion when it
comes to damage.

900SD is easy with this tank.

As far as the other stuff mentioned. I havent found it that much better in those
departments.

Worth the grind however as stated.

you missed the most significant difference,
its thinner and more manoverable than the ss3 (ss3 handles like a dog)
the speed is only 1 knot faster at full load but you can put on some handy bulge and
bulk

The SS4 is considerably better than the SS3, the extra support, extra speed, more
dive time make it worth the effort to get it. Its not much of a grind from SS3 to SS4. I
have not compared dive time but its significantly better.

Extra support slot. So, 2 engies, now allowing you to reach 40knots of overheat without
super boosted 120 engies.
Plus a bit more air, displacement, health and torpedo space.
