I wouldn't of even bought it if I were you.

Considering the paris and lorrain have 12 sailor slots total, for that level of a ship to
have that, that is really nice to have.

It's also easier to hit anything with the paris and lorrain, and all the ships up to
them.

You're speed might not be that good, but your firepower is overwhelmingly
overpowered, so you trade speed for firepower.

its worth buying if you are in a SS/CV line...

im a CV liner.. i bought MN PBB when my bo HIT 61..

well its fun to have a BB and a CV switch switch ^^

I just bought the MN PBB when my BO hit 61. My gunners are ebve and lvl 70.7 and
i'm using the 13.4" quads the ship functions very well. Better than the Corbet for
sure. It does have one less support slot than the UK PBB but it does have 41knt OH.
I should be in the Lyon in the next couple hours I'll follow up with comparison there

my only word is that i enjoy the lyon more than dunk, twice the shells, twice the
firepower, smaller size, win/win

dunkerque wont help you level faster as i found out the hard way. It doesnt have enough
spots and the spread is really bad at level. Although, with high level crews it is
probably really good and fast. I go 45 or 46 with my lvl 62 engys. I put one lyon gun and
it went 53 :D was pretty funny. Also, you can somewhat armor it and it goes 37 with 1 gun.
Just to mess around though you wont get much exp unless you get lucky.

--- Because it already exists in the game in the form of her sistership, Richelieu.
Thus to have one ship as a BB4, the other as a PBB, doesn't quite make sense, since
they were both almost identical.

I know one could argue having the PBB Dunkerque and BB3 Strasbourg is almost the
same case, at least a PBB and BB3 are quite similar in abilities.

Ideally, the Strasbourg should have been made the French PBB (to avoid a
Dunkerque duplicate).

The Richelieu would be the BB3, which then remodels to a Jean Bart, Gascogne or
Clemenceau as a BB4. As the latter two were never completed, SDE could even take
liberties with the ships' abilities and such for the BB4 remodel.

MN PBB is fine just as it is.
As mentioned, it, as with the UK PBB, will come into their own with higher level crews.
Accordingly, the same hold true for the other nation PBBs.

I dislike a MN_Dunkerque ship type. Why not create a Jean Bart PBB but it cost a lvl
66 and have a range like others PBB, similar bb3?

Well the reason for asking, the Leon guns are slower to load, but lighter and have
considerably more damage per shell than the PBB guns. Tried them both in test mission side
by side.


Panther

There is slightly more range than the Lyon quads. However, because you only get half the
number of guns, the damage output is gimped. In terms of accuracy, it seems that at
level, the Lyon is better. At least, Lyon can make up for bad spread with shell quantity.
