ljsevern	Of course a Bissy would. So would a Nagato. So would pretty much any other BB3 for that matter. They should reverse all the BB3 changes except the Vanguard to BB4. Alot of the BB3 changes were un-needed and ruined BB1-3 rooms.

fixer_1140	Still prefer 15" on Hood. 16" is a more viable choice on Vanguard because it can still go 40 knots.

DodgerBlue	I like the 15L better more range and the ship is 4 knots faster. Maybe with high level engs I would have like the 16's
