I think that BO expert gain should be upped. My gunners are accurate, and reload fast, it's just that I cannot see where my shells land. I will mission whore for hours and my gunners will gain over twice as many experts. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE MORE EXPERTS ALREADY AND LESS RECRUITS!!!!! The amount of recruits is what decides your chances of making an expert. How is it that my gunners have less recruits because they are full of experts and vets and yet they still gain experts faster? Anyone else notice this?
