Yubari only for Akitsuki Tree?

Well ,I got my bridge operator to 23, but I cant remodel the ship into a Yubari. Keeps
saying that you cant remodel. Does this mean that the Yubari is only avalaible if you
choose the Akitsuki side? Because I chose the Fubuki.

Click "New Ship" instead.
The Yubari isn't a remodel, it's an entirely different ship by itself.
