It would be better if it was de-stickied tbh.

It's outdated ( very in some places) and has some faults in the original info as well (
engine stat for repairers).

Having it stickied gives it a sense of authority it no longer deserves.
Anyone who follows it now ends up with a crew that's far from optimal and not
complete.

We're better off with this being necroed or the crew question being repeated until
such time as Lukas/some1 manages to resurrect/redo his guide.

There's an old UK BB crew guide by LordNelson86, though not updated for BB6 crews, it give
a good guide on sailors selection and leveling steps. You can simply find it by searching
"crew" or full name "A beginners Guide to Crew and the Royal Navy". I leveled up my crews
by refering to it. Have a look, is a nice read.
