120 year old fat crew

ferynir	Well, my crew is nearing the 120 mark and I have noticed the reduction in speed on my L2, L1 and Dunk. Is their anyway to keep the speed up without cutting out on my sailors and will this be a prob for most of the ships i get?

Moray	Well if you wanted to sit down, and figure your true ability on the crew, you could possibly roll back rookies on all the sailors. Maybe not Reps. Or try Jenny Craig :o

Boom21	Run less bulge. I run my L2 with .3 Belt, 20 bulge. SY I run .4 belt and 5 bulge

richardphat	Skiming your gunners helps but is not as effective as skimming axis gunners.
