Fleets will be able to fight for Toulon Harbor, but only after they take the harbor from
TNF. All TNF will be driving the mighty French Fleet!



so yes it will be open for HA on NFEU, i hope same comes our way. The whooping TNF parts
sounds fun.

Not currently opened on NFEU, but the part about using MN ships is right.

I dont think its open on EU. Where did you hear that?

Its open for HA on the NFEU server but in order to first squire the harbor you must win it
from the hands of TNF, who will be driving all MN ships.
