US T4 Scout = 1600 sight (best sight range nation along with KM)
MN T4 Scout = 1550 sight (2nd best)
Learn to do your math!
Btw, MN also has the most fuel out of all nations for scouts;
that alone is a huge advantage.
Your questions are the equivalent of asking:
"Why are you an idiot? Why is your IQ 100 below the Average?"
No one is made equal (same as nations); in this case you got the short end of the
stick. Then you affirm that you are indeed an idiot by exaggerating your deficiency.
