"The concept you must grasp is that the acc is capped no matter which set of guns. If
the acc is capped, lvling won't help you.... "

Sorry that's incorrect, let me clarify so new people don't get confused.

Quoted from Adalberts ability guide:

"Now that is only the cap. And if you have looked sharply - there is the level of your
gunners as a factor in the formula. Meaning - the cap increases every level. (your gunners
accuracy just increases faster then the cap, so once you have hit it - you stay over it)"

Basically every level the cap becomes higher and higher. The thing is the increasing
accuracy cap with each level is relatively slow compared to your gunners accuracy growth.
So when you hit the cap for the first time it's impossible to become uncapped unless you
burn experts / vets die / remove rookies, or anything that causes you to lose ability.
This doesn't mean you have hit the overall cap, that can only be reached when your gunners
hit the level of 120.

Pi, only the reloadcap is fixed at around 2.5M true ability and is independent from
gunners level. The acc-cap increases with every level, so the highest acc-cap is at level 120.

ok, first of all i m saying his gunners may not be lvl 91 so he is using quads. Second, I
never said his accuracy are not capped, I said even if his accuracy is already capped, his
accuracy is not high enough to make a
tight/block shot on the lvl 91 guns. The gunners accuracy cap increases as they lvl thus
giving them more accuracy.

I have no idea what you are trying to say here. One more thing, if you have reload
gunners, no way you will hit the acc cap at lvl 80s.

There is NO WAY, repeat, NO WAY, that his gunners are not capped by that lvl unless
1. They are +7 acc
2. His gunners are not the sailors giving him the 3rd gb, still below lvl
3. He haz virtaully no experts and vets (unboosted)
4. classed as torpedoman and classed back late
5. classed arm>torp>rel>rel

The concept you must grasp is that the acc is capped no matter which set of guns. If
the acc is capped, lvling won't help you....

well having 3 gb still doesn't justified the gunners are above 91 and even if the acc is
capped at lvl it doesnt mean it will hit the gun cap as at lvl L1 guns have crap spread.

If anything use the lower level trip 16" L's for the insane blockshot with 120 gunners and
very fast Rld.

1).First of all, he has 3gb, not 2
2). Accuracy is capped regardless of gunset. Read adalberts guide. 80 would be a bit
high IMO.
3). Myybe he didn't know manual, thus the quad setup which blocks with auto
