How can anyone reach level 2 in this forum and not know how to find the path to a Kita?

the DC-only Kita isn't ideal because once the 2 enemy subs are eradicated from the
planet, it doesn't give you the opportunity to sneak up to an enemy ship and give them
a 5 hedgehog broadside.

If your Kita is fst enough (meaning your crew is not too fat and the like), you can create
a Depth Charge only ASW Kita. Haven't tried it myself (I tend to blow myself up with DCs,
ha) but that Kita was quite successful in hunting Subs. Also, the Kita is great for AA
action. We're talking about 10+ gun slots here. It also make for a good escort ship if
equipped with AA guns, be it used with your BB or CV.

Kita ASW platform. Yes a lot of fun but expensive reloads and low xp and credits.
Asama ASW vendetta boat is more fun, faster, more sd/rep/engy space but costs $7.

There must be a way to play Kita in a strategic manner where you move with either
north or south bb lines and send torp walls in after the first 5 minutes.

but its great you rush torp and turn, dodge shells and try not to run into your own
torps at the same time, if your lucky you will get all yours torps off and run away, if
not sit back and watch your torp wall go in, and BB's run!

it can also be a great ASW platform, with HH and DC

biggest mistake I made was buying a kita...

i found I can use it to disrupt north or south in a gb2 ... which can be fun .. pushing
back the lines and watching my side rush in to take a space advantage.

other than that I like the myoko alot better ... more diversity and more xp.
