It's a TBNF harbour sprite. The two aircraft on the launchers are part of the sprite, and
the third smaller one is added by the game.

Yes.

Eventually, once your sailors are high enough level, you will get 900SD completely
without a restorer. Because of that, most players either only use a restorer during
lower/mid levels and then abandon it or never take one on in the first place.

Of course, restorers do something besides simply adding SD but almost no one thinks that
their unique talents are worth it...
