PNOV is right,ur speed is reduced after u take heavy enemy fire,so u have to
reaccelerate ur speed after the shellin is over and reach normal speed,READ THE

What trainworld.us says is wrong. The only armour that can really help HE defence is Deck and Belt.
Suprised they haven't changed it.

When you get damaged by a certain margin, your speed will drop. Bulkhead will increase the
damage you can take before your speed drops. It's worthless.
