as u lvl up, paris is better

This shouldn't be stras or paris topic to get to richelieu or alsace. It should what ship
do I play to get there, play the lyon till richelieu or alsace, since you do more
damage per shell in lyon over paris, stras, and richelieu.

In the lyon you can one-shot all the bb5s and lower in the game. Although it is slow
and descent range at level, it's much more fun than both stras and paris.

Wingmann- you don't need to put any deck armor on you're ship.

People will say play you're own preference, but the truth is when a ship sucks it
sucks, there is no getting around it. Therefore the people telling it doesn't suck are
just the ones that are patient enough to play it till the next ship, and probably they
won't be coming back to play it with higher level crews on board.

I found myself back in the Paris with lvl 100 gunners and to tell you the truth.
I love this little beast of a ship.
Its fast, small and packs a punch on larger ships.

I'm going to buy it AGAIN and give it another go. If it sucks HALF of what it did at lvl it'll
still be a mediocre ship.

My BO and gunners are 85 12+ blah blah blah. Supports are 78-79, same 12+ deal.

My speed with .2 belt and .2 deck is 27-38, and that's with four 79 12+ BVE engies...

And here we go again with another ship that supposedly sucks. Try the Strass for yourself
and see if you like it or not. Dont listen to what others say on this matter. It all
personal preference.

I know that because ive had the same thing with b65 and H44 which supposedly sucked but
they dont. So i wouldnt be suprised when i get Strass it turns out its a good ship unlike
what people say.

Skip the Strasbourg regardless of the line you went. I've use it for awhile and it has
almost no saving graces. Its small for a BB3 and can mount triple 6" AA, thats about
it. Shell damage is laughable, for having 8 guns the spread is awful and it lacks that
extra support slot. Somebody said its manueverable, but it doesn't strike me as
anything special in that respect.

Save yourself some credits and grind through to the Richeliu. Which from what I've
seen is a marginal BB4 at best too.

lol choose the city strasbourg but take the paris ship ... it is great

Stras has a ton more range and speed 40 (with .2 belt)-41(knots without any armor
even with at level engies), as well as really
good manueverability. Also harder for you to get hit since your the dunkurke that
went on a diet.

Although the paris can put 6 guns only 5 firing at once though. You can also put
insteat 4 lorrain guns on, only go about 36-37 knots. Also really nice feature 7
support slots. It's a bit fat, but easy turning radius and very short.

I'm at 78.5 and this thread is discouraging :(

I used Lorraine until bb5, its better than bb3 and the "real" bb4.
