Your BO's Potential ability is not high enough to see by himself where your shells are
landing. Once your team starts scouting, however, you should be able to see them
land.

Your sight lines, however, will not be nearly long enough to be useful in targeting.
So, you can do 1 of 2 things. Either dish out the dough (or waste the experts) to
add more vets to your BO.. .OR wait a few levels and your BO's Potential ability will
grow a bit and he should be able to spot your shells.

what lvl and which Boat?

a common issue is that your weapon range its over your BO sight range... probably ur B.O.
cant see where shells lands

your BO doesn't have enough ability to spot the shells at max range, it will however be
able in a few lvls
