it better to keep a rookie pilot or get a fighter pilot?

If you are a BB, you MUST NOT class the rookie pilot to fighter, keep him as he is. If
you do, you can't use scout planes with him, which are the only ones a BB can use,
so, actually, you have no scout at all.

Also can every/any plane fire on another plane?

Every plane shots other ones when they engage (come near). However, only fighters
can do it effectively, scouts and bombers are bad at this. (With one exception: Very
high level and great base etc scouts and I think some bombers can kill other scouts
etc). But, you want your scout to see the emeny, not kill the enemy scouts. This is
what AA and CVs are for.

And how do I fire on other planes with my planes?

Just get your planes near them. But, as already said, only do so if you are a CV with
fighters.

u need to buy mines with real money from the nf store, the other u dont but with
creds and mines can also be equipped on scout planes only while torps get
equipped in torp plane and bombs on bomb plane

-edit- all that questions u want to ask,go to the nf-guides.com,u dont have to put
www.,just nf-guide or go to a search engine to search it up

Just mines need to be bought in the NF store. Plane launched bombs/torpedoes can be
bought with credits, but they can only be loaded on dive bombers/torpedo bombers on a CV.

Do you have to buy from NF store all mines/torps/bombs?

When can i get mines/bombs/torps in shipyard (using credits) to use on my planes?

You get mines at the NF store, or through some events. For using them, load them on to
the "B locker" of your scout in the shipyard. In battle, press the period key when the
scout is at maximum altitude (as per what TimmyC said).

Scouts can load two types of ammo: Flares and Mines.

Flares are used in Night Battle game mode to light up areas of the map for a brief
period of time.

Mines are mines that can be dropped (only while the scout is at maximum height) to
blow up enemy ships. These are premium items (i.e. you have to pay for them).

Both can be dropped using, by default, the . key.
