Patch 1.287

1. The 8 pilot limit check will only be done on support slots. Now, you'll be able to
load pilots on the R/T slots also.

2. The new player login limitation for Iowa, Yamato and Bismarck server will be
released.

3. Since Fleets on Nelson server does not participate in the NF Cup event, Fleets on
Nelson server will be able to declare Harbor Assault starting next week.
