atm im a little confused about some of my (old) repairers: one has a repair-growth of
+34.. the other +31 (both boosted). think i made them some years ago and i was pretty sure
all the time that there basic growth was +12 (the +34 one) and +10 (+31).

but when i take a look at trainworld and other reps ppl selling it seems sure that +12
reps will end at +35 (+11 -> +34.. +10 -> +33). maybe i was a noob that years ago.. but
not noob enough to make a +9 rep-sailor a repairer XD

so.. is it possible that there went something wrong at the sailor promotion or maybe
boosting at a wrong level (i think i boosted them after all promotions)? as i already

selling repairers with similar growth-rates (so they sold f.e. a +11rep with +33 growth)?!
