No, i dont mean bullsheisse, but Blockshotting.
I was just wandering, my gunners currently have 1440 or so ability in ACC.
So the question is, how much does they need to BS the nelly guns?
They can already BS the 6" and 8" trips.

And yes, they are boosted.

I'm assuming you mean 100 vets and not experts...

so if you have 100 vets and approx. 330 experts then you can plug it into the formula for
ability:

1440displayedability(4(100vets)+(330experts))

That should be approx. one million true ability, or more preciseley, 1051200.

With your gunners level 90 the cap is equal to around 1.4mil. However recent patches
increased accuracy cap, and I believe the accepted value is around 20% higher. Therefore
the cap should be around 1.7 mil.

You have quite a ways to go

If these are about level 90 then you should be able to have around twice as many experts
and I believe this would bring you to just abour 1.5-1.6mil true ability, at which point
you would probably be able to blockshot.

"I am now being rude agian:

YOU NOOB I AM NOT USING AUTO!

WHY THE $?€ WOULD I USE AUTO!?!?! "

Lol.. Should I even continue to really help? Someone who doesn't heed a vet warning or
someone with experience warning or take/follow their advice or even CONSIDER their advice
any help.. Why hasn't a monitor given him a warning yet?

I was actually kind of wondering about this myself. Now that the Ability Guide is
outdated, I've been curious about this. I've got level 72 RLD gunners with about the
same 1440 ACC ability. They are fully B/V/E with 100 experts and ~330 experts and
10 recruits per gunner. I'm not sure how to calculate if I've hit the caps yet on either
ACC or RLD.

My spread with the 15" Mk IIL's is pretty decent, about the width of the Furious with
Mk IIIN's at max angle, and pretty damn awful with the Dunk's x4 13".

Dont give this guy any help.

He posted after my first post, and abused me for assuming he was talking about the
16", because he didnt state what guns he was talking about.

He then proceeded to abuse me, and say I didnt read anything. He used plenty of
censored (but obvious) expletives and caps and was extremely rude.

He has an arrogant and foul attitude, yet he is the one who is looking for help.

"well maybe the fact that your gunners are base 9+ or 10+, even if you reached the
cap (which i doubt at lvl 90), your guns wont block much, maybe getting some better
gunners would help, but honestly you wont get much blocking out of anything other
than the 14". "

Guns don't reach cap even when they hit cap

lolstatement of the day

Anyway, it mostly depends on vets/experts. With 1440 ability you could have anywhere from
0 all the way to possibly 2.5 million true ability. In the future please either post the
sailors or tell us vets and expert count.

You guys forgot to mention that the BS are the 14" N, if ur using 14" quads and not
blocking, ur using the L, and you'll never block with the L

Seeing as you play on a different server, an it's likely he's never seen you play, it's a fair
question. Especially as SDE buffed the auto FCS for BB's to make it more useable.

simply put, if you want a complete answer, give as much info as you can.

Oh, and calling someone a noob when you're asking for an answer that is easily
searchable is hilarious...
