5.5" Duals are without doubt good all-purpose-guns. You only get problems vs.
heavily armoured targets because they are easily stopped by armor. So if you plan
to go against CL/CA/BB and have the patience to aim properly take the 7.9" Singles.
With them you can even outrange some CL and you can get more armour on your
DD.

Dual 5.5 L, i agree...did 42k attack one round with those...

5.5" L is the best.

duel 6" not 7.9". 7.9" is too big for Tsukikei.

I think duel 5.5" is most suitable for Tsukikei. You will have to cut some crews if you have duel 6"

i currently use dual 5.5"s on it, decent reload (2.4s with normals) and stoping power that can match a Z99 (not interely though, but hurts nonetheless)

I have heard of someone using 7.9" guns on it, tried it and didnt like it.... acc is worse plus the increased reload.

Armor i have no clue, i can get a whooping 2" of belt armor on it and it does NOTHING to prevent damage from what i could tell
