Can someone please advise me as to what are the best AA guns for the Sev? If it is already
listed somewhere, please point me to it...Thanks Sailor!

6k? o_O I can't see breaking 4k on *any* AA-carrying ship, unless the CVs on the other
side decide to park lots of fighters near you (which is only common in fleet wars).

I guess the difference between you and me is that while you judge a ship's AA-
worthiness by the total amount of planes you can shoot down, I tend to judge it by
whether it works well per enemy plane or flight of planes. I don't expect my BB to shoot
down as many planes in a game as a dedicated AA whore - I just feel that so long as it
-is- effective, then that's reason enough to carry AA. Not being effective -enough- is not,
in my opinion, sufficient reason to not use AA.

Timmy I just recommend not to. I didn't say it as absolutely.

I have AAed with all the ships you've listed and a minimum of 10k personal in all of them.
The Alaska, Baltimore and Cleveland AA just doesn't fit with any other and the seva
doesn't match to those 2 either. I do say though of all the Ships with usable AA Batterys
that I've Used, the seva has the lowest Highest personal credits of the ship I have ever
gotten. Highest in the seva (3" 70 N) I've gotten is 10,547 Personal credits

*If attack not listed it is under 50k
*Omaha to Seva are GB1s, Sodak - Monty are GB1s and Others are Normal Rooms Dedicated AA
ship in All Welcomes
* All Except Omaha, Pensacola, Brooklyn, Cleveland (Main Guns Only) and Baltimore are done
with NONACC or RLD Capped Acc Rld Rld Gunners. Others with 98+ lvl US Acc Rld Rld Gunners
Capped.
Compared to ships like:
DDX: (5" 38 Mark 38 L): 12035 Personal Credits
DDX: (5" 29 Mark 29 L)(One Time Only): 10749 Personal Credits
Omaha (3" 70 N): 15637 Personal Credits
Atlanta (3" 70 N): 23627 Personal Credits
Atlanta (5" 38 Mark 38 L): 25343 Personal Credits
Pensacola (3" 70 N): 14426 Personal Credits
Brooklyn (6" 47 DP L(R)): 17547 Personal Credits
Cleveland (6" 47 DP L(R)/3" 70 N(T)): 15363 Credits
Baltimore (5" 38 Mark 38 L)(Only Ran AA on Baltimore 1 time): 12436 Personal Credits
Alaska: (5" 38 Mark 38 L)(Ran Once Last game in ship): 11325 Personal Credits
Guam: (5"38 Mark 38 L)(Ran Twice First 2 Games): 13012 Personal Credits
Sevastopol: (3" 70 N): 10547 Personal Credits
Colorado: (3" 70 N): 13321 Personal Credits
Colorado: (5" 38 Mark 38 L): 12462 Personal Credits
Sodak (Post BB123, Pre BB34AA): (3" 70 N)(NOTE 215k Attack Scored as well): 28632 Personal
Credits
Sodak: (Post BB123, Pre BB34AA)(5" 38 Mark 38 L)(NOTE 185k Attack Scored as Well): 26251
Personal Credits
Iowa: (3" 70 N)(NOTE 198k Attack Scored as well): 32251 Personal Credits
Iowa: (5" 38 Mark 38 L)(Note 214k Attack Scored as well): 34516 Personal Credits
Montana: (3" 70 N)(Note 311k Attack Scored as well): 41626 Personal Credits
Montana: (5" 38 Mark 38 L)(Note 295k Attack Scored as well): 39315 Personal Credit

I definitely know how to use US AA. I simple don't chose to use it.

Cleveland, Baltimore, and Alaska all need to cross their T-slots, too, but they're fine?
Albeit, not as far apart, but still needs crossing if you want to do well with them.

Really, why this "oh it's too hard - I just won't deal with it" attitude? Just suck it up,
learn to use it, and be all the better off!

Lets see the Front AA on the Seva is a grand 1" in front of the Rear AA.

You try crossing those guns at every angle and distance and see what happens.

Also show me, SpeeDemonF30, that you actually have a seva. With a screenshot of getting
6k+ personal credits from AA on it. If you can't get 6k personal credits with AA on it.
Then the battery or you suck at AA.

Whoever that just said Sevas shouldn't mount AA kinda fails.

Sevas is a decent ship to mount AA in. Although the Sevas main guns have the weird 1/3
and 2/4 gun setup the AA iirc does not have the same problem. If you know how to aim
properly and not waste ammo by just spamming it, the AA on the Sevas works.

Yea.. Seva just like Dunk aren't meant to AA.. Moltke and AD and KM ships are good AA
ships. I'm not sure about the b65 but I assume the B65 is just as good with AA.

I dont have a problem at all, but then again im used to KM AA where unless you in a molke
all your AA is a bit spread out.

Yeah, the gun spacing is annoying on the seva and the main reason I quit using AA on mine.
AD's is sooo much nicer. :D

If you look at the T slot placement of the seva you'll see why I recommend not AAing with
her.

Gunplacement in general on the Seva is annoying. Though I love sticking my 120 crew on
there and watching my attack break 200k :)
