I leveled all mine with one line.

I simply swapped around my crew, so all the levels were the same.

Once I got to my yamato, I leveled 4 engies always on, and swapped around the
reps.

On SY, I started 4/3 and swapped around reps, later I used 3 engies 4 reps to level
the rest of them.

thanks 4 reply but i see u didnt get my problem.well hence i expanding it further .

sailors on support slot always get lesser exp then on sailors on ship.so it means
playing a same set of crew means at some time or other ur support drops below bo
and gunners level. and further more i have too rotate my support so that they stay
on the same lvl.which means my support drops further down.

p.s:i normally play cv and i have seen many higher lvl cv's use cv1 and 2 saying that
they dont feel under pressure from their beloved bb brothers to provide fc and do
their bidding and they are not considered as importantas cv4 or 5.so if this means
higher ships are targeted more often then it wont be fun to play SY(bb5) with bb3
suppports.

@angus
i know u have amagi.how did you level up ur supports?
can u tell me ?(i want it bit more deatiled fashion like levelled first set of supports till
80 then started on second)

thx in advance

@f444ran

Yes, the graph for it is somewhere on trainworld.us
as far as caps go, another reason to use the highest level ship is your ablity to do
more attack, which turns into XP.

It's still just a cap, it isn't like the ship is unplayable.

@angus
but what i read/understood is your crew need to be +/-10 levels within that ship for
them get max xp otherwise there is xp penalty .am i right?

@If you can't make any attack, then yes, but if you're
good then you get the attack and exp.

XP caps differently in different levels of ships, the best ship to get xp would be the highest level ship you you can crew.

You won't get close to that even in a yamato, due to the XP cap on it. (btw, screenshot was a 200% xp day)

Nah I wouldn't call you stupid, inexperienced maybe.

Well it depends on context.

A BB player who wouldn't carry a scout I would consider that stupid. A BB player who does
carry a scout but gets it killed easily into wave of AA and fighters at Golden Angle I
consider inexperienced. Now if that same BB player is still persistent of those antics, I
would now consider BB player stupid.

You're welcome to have your epiphany.

"PBB ship level is still too low for further grinding. "

If you can't make any attack, then yes, but if you're
good then you get the attack and exp.
