IIRC.

When I did my first US BB ling grind I used ACC/ACC/ACC and this was before the SoDak had
the accuracy "buffed".

I trained up another set of gunners RLD/RLD/RLD and I noticed that the spread was worse.
I am saying that the on level ACC/ACC/ACC gunners with less vets had a better spread even
without the patch buff.

Then the RLD/RLD/RLD gunners above level with more vets that are supposed to be capped for
ACC and RLD have a spread worse than the ACC/ACC/ACC gunners I used for my first BB grind
which was after the SoDak accuracy buff.

That is all I wanted to explain unlike Mr. LK here just doing his regular routine of being
on his "oh so mighty horse".

I would say that acc gunners are most optimal for BBs, even if you have Elite sailors or
whatever. High Acc stats will allow you to block shoot and if you're a BB you should
practice staying at range (or hit and run) and do not worry about reload times too much.

Err Lordraptor, the red line of this thread is actually that classing completely accuracy
is utterly pointless. Unless of course you cannot afford to BVE your gunners.

I was bet confuse what really good classed to be use for US gunner. But, I guess I rather
stick for acc classed.

@speed:

In your previous post you advised against going rld all the way since you claimed it made
sodak spread crappy. And this is what ppl replied was flawed. So in this case cap does
mean something in the sense that classing more toward acc will not improve sodak spread in
any way.
And it might be so that sevas spread is better than the sodak's but that's not really the
point of discussion at the moment is it?

"acc CAP used to be at 67 acc rld acc.

around 74-75 rld rld rld.

I dont know exactly the values for it now, but rld rld rld gives a rld and acc capped sodak.

what is painful is the Guam/start of colo."

Cap doesnt mean crap.

Perhaps they are capped but even with lvl 85 gunners rld/rld/rld boosted with 150 vets the
spread is worse than sevas.

"wrong...

Rld Rld Rld as main gunners is quite useless since the spread is so junky on the sodak.

I have 11/11 Rld Rld Rld Gunners boosted with approx 150 vets lvl 85 and spread is just
horrible on the Sodak.

ACC ACC Rld seems to be the viable choice unless you can stand having mediocre spread.

P.S. If you have a Montana and don't know what gunners to use you need to go to your
harbor and delete all your crew now...
"

wrong. really wrong.

acc CAP used to be at 67 acc rld acc.

around 74-75 rld rld rld.

I dont know exactly the values for it now, but rld rld rld gives a rld and acc capped sodak.

what is painful is the Guam/start of colo.

however if you have your gunners ahead of your BO, and using 2 BO to level, you wont get
the problem, as when you hit the BB2s, you'll have gunners lvl 80 already.

Also, if you plan on vetting above 109 vets, acc acc becomes useless. Its quite easy to
cap out with crew bonus.

acc acc will be mainly for free players, that cant totally BVE and want an ok spread.

If you want to optimize your capacities, at least acc rld or rld acc. ultimate stays rld rld.
