if you compare pilot for delay or not, on same level same amount of vet, delayed one yield
a less than 100k true fighter ability output.

however, delayed fighter is easier for vetting.

roguely 100 vetted normal fighter, should be compared to 120 vetted delayed fighter.

EDIT: Classing uk on time will give a slightly advantage, I consider them negligible,
unless you're a freak and consider important.

The difference is a joke.
Fighter or ace fighter is almost the same.

EDIT
Reason why I edit is, I used reference from a km pilots growth chart, and I mistakely used
for UK.

You may be right*

I just realize a mistake when I happen to plot the function. My mistake.

@above, not true
not classing fighter just gives them more space for recruits and more bomber ability.
However, if you cant wipe your @$$ with 20 dollar bills, you can't afford to add 200+ vets
on your fighter, which will make their real fighter ability LESS THAN the ones classed on
time, aka, worse.

However, if you can wipe your @$$ with 20 dollar bills, then you can add 200+ vets onto
the not classed sailor, and with full experts, the real ability will exceed that of a
classed on time sailor (since not classed fighter will have more crews, aka more room for
vets and experts) Which makes not classed's real fighter ability MORE than the classed on time

Here is what I mean:
lvl 120 +12 100vets, full exp ftr. squad ldr > lvl 120 +12 100vets full expert fighter pilot

lvl 120 +12 200vets, full exp, ftr. squad ldr < lvl 120 +12 200 vets full expert figher pilot

Summing it up:
The later you class, if and only if you managed to put 200 vets on it with full experts,
he will be better than classed on time.

@ above,

not true. as long as you keep promoting the recruits to experts, they will perform better
than classed fighters. at high level of course

IF you are planning to give him 200+ vets, late class him.
If you're not planning to give him 200+ vets, class him on time.
