Because I want to get attention on this issue , as I just noticed I have said crap
when
trying to help someone using a
wrong reference.

Also, this show you to how to make "you best own pilots". Do not confuse yourself
with
best pilot and best own pilot.

This allow you to choose the best optimization, because you whether or not can
spend lot
of money or not.

extra boost?
i dont think you will get a boost out of the showed ability.
the extra crew you can convert to vets will still be a higher true ability than the
showed ability so its up to the known table again.
iirc:
if u plan to vet like:


0-100 vet = calss to FP only
110-230 vet = calss to Ace only
230-max (40%) vet = calss to FP only

lets not forget how bad uk fp dmg is. i understand this thread but i still prefer to
class them to ace, we really need that extra ftr boost. plus uk planes are more
durable anyways. its only a fractional boost but its enough at high level. im really
looking forward to my t4

yea i rolled my planes to +12 ftr +11 bomber and a couple at +12 ftr +10 bomber. i
think the diffrence is too small for it to really make much diffrence.

sorry, i think i missed a term "220%"

Ability(at 120) = 1138 + bonus + (levelACE - 60) x 23 + (levelSQ - levelACE) x 26 + (120 -
levelSQ) x 28
= 3118 + bonus - levelACE x 3 - levelSQ x 2


Recuit(at 120) = 350 + (levelACE - 60) x 5 + (levelSQ - levelACE) x 4 + (120 - levelSQ) x 3
= 410 + levelACE + levelSQ

b .onus = level x bonus growth = (120 - 12) x n = 108 x n
(n is the bonus when u class nation)

TA(max) = (maxium number of vet x 4 + all expert) x ability x boost
= (Recuit x 40% x 4 + Recuit x 60%) x ability x boost
= Recuit x ability x 220% x boost
= (levelACE+levelSQ+410)*(Bonus+base+3118-levelACE*3-levelSQ*2)*220%*boost <------


For TA(vet=100) = Recuit x ability x boost
= (100 x 4 + (levelACE+levelSQ+410) - 100) x ability x boost <------------

Not, really .
Moral of the story is choose class or not depending how much you can vet it.
It's pointless to class it to ace when you have like 110 vets and lower.

Lot of people limit themselves at 100.
Still, this is an optimization in order to have "your own best pilot" which is different
than having the best pilot.

This thread was intended to make "how to make your best own pilot", but I noticed this
wasn't the case. I will edit the main post.

Also I have found no difference in AAW resistance between my lvl 120 fighters; one with a
base of 11 bomber and another with base of 8. They both laugh at AAW.

It's just I have no clue about using Microsoft Excel.

Only, have learnt the basic about programming in old language such as Turbo pascal and maple.



@ricky.
In our server, our maximum vet capacity you can have is 40% of your crew, for legit player.
Unless, you use mod tool to edit your crew.... you can reach beyond that ammount.
Yes, mod crew have been "deleted" officially,but don't you think there will be always
something forgetten to delete? :)

about aaw resistance and bomber ability?

So wait, does that include NFNA? If so, at what specific level? I'm sorry but I can't do
the math right now as I have other works to be done.

I've never yet owned a CV but it's important that I don't have to make the same mistakes
others do, I'm currently leveling US basic Fighter pilots at the moment.

i can provide more equation for all the fighter ability of different nation.

Since, all fighter would like to be fighter at level 40.
choosing the timing to change to Ace Fighter and SqLeader, would be the only problem.

Hence,
For any Fighter (without boost) base +11, starting from growth 25,

max fighter true ability = (3118 + bonus*108 - LvACE*3 - LvSQ*2)*(410 + LvACE + LvSQ)

max bomber true ability = (2718 + bonus*108 + LvACE*5 + LvSQ*4)*(410 + LvACE + LvSQ)

while,
bonus(Fighter) for USS = 108*3, KM = 108*2, IJN = 0, RN = 0
bonus(Bomber) for USS = 0, KM = 0, IJN = 108*2, RN = 108
LvACE means the level for the fighter turn to AceFighter
LvSQ means the level for the AceFighter turn to Squad Leader
If the fighter for that nation can't be squad leader, then the LvSQ simplily become 120
If the base growth is +12, +13, +14(rofl), please add 119 to the bonus (simple?)

If you use this formula in excel, you can find out more about the trend.
If you want more, i have the forumla for all dive bomber and torpedo bombers'.

note1: when richardphat and me talk about max vetting (220% x ability x recuit), the
comparsion of fighter or ace fighter is proportional for any level of vetting.
if we say, there is less than 100k true ability difference at any moment.
Then, it will only be smaller when u said about 100 vet, or NO VET.

when we say, there is no effective lost in true ability, that mean a lesser than 100k in
like 2M or 3M true ability
